Workshops
A collaborative alternative is to join the Preparing for Leave and Ready to Return workshops which currently run online. These include some coaching, collaborative group discussions and practical tools and tips.
We also run ongoing workshops for parents in the workplace. A return to work is incredibly important but if parents are not supported throughout their careers, then the story won't change. We currently offer 3 workshops:

Line Manager Training
Employee coaching is absolutely invaluable, but we also need management to be on board to ensure the workplace is supporting and sustaining our values. Line manager training helps to educate your business on welcoming back their returners to ensure they feel as ready and settled as possible. Employees are your greatest asset, look after their wellbeing and retain your workforce.
